Mold behind the wall

Water had managed to get behind the wall of an entry way. The home owner gave SERVPRO of Midland a call to come take a look at it for her. Once on site we did notice the contamination around the baseboards of the entry. After checking the walls we did find the wet, so we did a two foot cut on the walls and found that there was contamination behind the wall. We where able to treat this small area with our chemicals that are EPA approved and get our air movers and dehumitifier in place and get them dried out rather quickly. Now the contractor can come in with out worry and get this area rebuilt and find out why the water was able to come in and get it corrected also. The customer was extremely thankful that she had called us and we took the time to show her and explain the chemical that we was going to treat it with since she had children in the home.
